Our partner companies have a strong base of maintenance and recurring services
(greater than 60% of revenues)
We prefer partnering with existing management or ownership, but we are also able to transition ownership out immediately and over time depending on the existing team in the business
For owners that are continuing in the business, we can create attractive incentive structures and offer rollover investment opportunities to ensure that our interests are aligned
We believe that straightforward deals are the best for all parties and for ensuring that the culture of our companies remains intact post-transition. Our deals consist of guaranteed compensation to the seller, rollover investment opportunities, and seller loans where appropriate
